Employees of ASX Group (ASX) in Sydney, Australia, are reaching out to senior citizens during January to March 2011 as part of an ASX Staff Community Project called A Conversation for Life.
The purposes of the interviews are to find out about the life experiences of senior citizens and to create an opportunity for senior citizens to share some of their "lessons learnt from life”. The conversations bring young and old together and highlight that seniors still have much to contribute.
Participants in A Conversation for Life are undertaking interviews with parents, grandparents, neighbours, friends, nursing home residents and other senior citizens.
